If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, our streamlined process makes returns and exchanges simple and efficient.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- 2.Prepare Your Package
Securely pack the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring the RMA number is clearly marked on the outside of the box.
- 3.Ship Items Back
Send your package via a trackable shipping method to our distribution center; we recommend keeping your tracking receipt until the return is processed.
- 4.Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method or ship your replacement items within 5-7 business days.
